* Develop and Implement PR Strategies: Devise comprehensive PR strategies to enhance the clinic’s reputation and visibility. Coordinate PR activities to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
* Relationship Building: Build and nurture relationships with doctors, specialists, and medical professionals in the region. Liaise with hospital administration officers to establish and strengthen partnerships.
* New Association Development: Identify potential partners, including hospitals, clinics, and healthcare organizations, for collaboration and business development opportunities. Initiate and lead discussions to establish new associations and partnerships.
* Retention and Maintenance of Bonds: Proactively engage with existing partners to maintain strong and mutually beneficial relationships. Regularly communicate with partners to assess their needs and address any concerns or issues.
* Developing campaigns: Creating PR campaigns and media relations strategies
* Editing: Updating and editing promotional materials, like social media posts, brochures, and videos
* Press releases: Preparing and distributing press releases
* Organizing events: Planning PR events, like press conferences and open days, and acting as the company’s spokesperson
* Media inquiries: Responding to inquiries from the media and other parties
* Media coverage: Tracking media coverage and following industry trends
* PR reports: Preparing and submitting PR reports
* PR issues: Managing PR issues
* Marketing Campaigns and Activities: Collaborate with associated centres to plan and execute marketing campaigns and promotional activities. Coordinate the production of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and digital content. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and adjust strategies as needed.
* Problem-solving: Using creativity and flexibility to respond to situations that could impact an organization’s public image
* Creativity: Being able to think outside the box and create fresh, creative pitches that are tailored to the needs of the client and publication
* Communication: Being able to provide and receive information, including listening, speaking, observing, and empathizing

* Knowledge in Social Media Marketing
* Minimum 2 years of experience is Preferred
* Proven experience in public relations, communications, or marketing, preferably in the healthcare sector
* Should be fluent in English & Kannada (Tulu/Malayalam)
* Should be willing to travel
* Should be Passionate and skilled in building relationships and promoting brands
